RFP - Southern Las Trampas Staging Area & Trails Project
The East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) is soliciting proposals from consultants to provide permitting support services for the Southern Las Trampas Staging Area and Trails Project. The selected consultants will provide liaison services with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services, US Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board) following the submittal of permit applications, as well as permit compliance management once permits have been issued. The selected consultant will have proven expertise and experience in permitting support services and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by EBRPD in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Optional Pre-proposal conference: An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 10:00am to 11:00am. EBRPD staff will provide an overview that covers the basics of the RFP. Time will be allotted for questions. This meeting will be recorded.
