RFP - Architectural Consulting Services for the Winehaven Historic District at Point Molate

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is soliciting proposals from architecture consultants to provide building condition assessment and design for the Point Molate Winehaven Historic District property. The selected consultants will review existing data and reports; conduct building conditions assessment and analysis; develop recommendations and cost estimates for stabilization and protection of historic assets; and prepare construction documents for prioritized, urgent repairs. The selected consultant will have proven experience in building condition assessment and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the Park District in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
