RFP: Industrial Hygienist Consulting Services at Thurgood Marshall Visitor Center

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is soliciting proposals from industrial hygienist consultants to provide a hazardous material survey for the Thurgood Marshal Visitor Center Project. The selected consultants will review existing data and reports; conduct site/building tests, surveys and analysis; and develop an abatement plan pertaining to substances inside and around the proposed visitor center facility. The selected consultant will have proven experience in hazardous material surveys of existing buildings/sites and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the Park District in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
