The East Bay Regional Park District (District) is soliciting proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional services for the Develop Tidewater Area project (See Appendix C for Location Map). The Scope of Services for this work includes activities during pre-mobilization construction contract administration, submittal review, material testing, source inspection, and project closeout. The selected consultant will have proven experience in construction management and construction inspection services for similar projects and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the Park District in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

The East Bay Regional Park District (“District”) is seeking proposals from experienced, reputable, and qualified Licensed Timber Operators and/or Tree Service Contractors to complete large-scale removal of eucalyptus, pines and other trees and to reduce ladder fuels and accumulated surface fuels on 56.3 acres in Tilden Regional Park. The project is split into two tasks: Task 1 is the project area surrounding the Tilden Merry-Go-Round. Task 2 is the project area south of the Tilden Park Golf Course. Both projects must be complete before or by December 1st, 2026 and have other time constraints due to public safety and sensitive resource

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District), Design and Construction Department, intends to engage a firm to provide design and environmental remediation services for the former Anthony Chabot Marksmanship Range (ACMR). The Design and Construction Department is requesting proposals from firms with relevant expertise and experience in projects similar to the subject Project. The prime consultant responding to this RFP is required to be an Engineering firm that provides environmental remediation services.

The East Bay Regional Park District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from experienced, reputable, and qualified firms, for goat and or mixed goat/sheep grazing services, hereafter referred to as grazing services, on East Bay Regional Park District lands for fire hazard mitigation purposes. The District is requesting proposals from qualified grazing operators with proven experience to provide these grazing services. The Scope of Services for this work includes two separate tasks: four-year contracts for specific grazing units and on-call grazing services contract.

The East Bay Regional Park District (hereafter referred to as the "Park District”) invites proposals from qualified towing companies who wish to enter into an agreement with the Park District for the provision of rotational towing services for dispatch in Park District land. Tow companies included on the Tow List are dispatched by the Park District to provide towing services on an on-call, as-needed basis. The services shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

The Park District is seeking consultant services to conduct community engagement and outreach with Antioch residents and nearby communities to help evaluate appropriate and feasible alternatives at Contra Loma. The consultant team should be capable of preparing a potential project alternatives report/summary based on feedback from community members and stakeholders, and broad cost estimates for the potential alternatives.

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is soliciting proposals from organizations with experience engaging in specific geographic areas of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties and with focused populations (outlined in Section III). The goal is to solicit meaningful community input that will guide the development of the Park District’s new District Plan. The District Plan is a guiding document for the Park District. The dialogue and relationships established through the collaborative efforts described in this Request for Proposals can illuminate impactful strategies that inform the District Plan and influence Park District investments and priorities to better meet expressed community needs.

The East Bay Regional Park District (the “District”) is seeking proposals from experienced, reputable, and qualified licensed timber operators and tree service contractors that wish to enter into one-year on-call contracts with the District to perform hazardous and emergency tree removal services on an on-call basis for the East Bay Regional Park District.

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) manages approximately 127,000 acres of parkland and multiple park facilities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. The Park District is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) to identify firms to support the Maintenance & Skilled Trades Department in a variety of areas related to project development (see Scope of Services). The Park District will select qualified firms through an open and competitive process to develop an oncall list of pre-approved consultants. The Park District intends to establish three-year, $500,000 maximum contracts with selected firms with an option to extend the contracts for two additional years and an additional $250,000. As needs arise, the Park District will solicit detailed project-level scopes and cost proposals from individual firms selected for the on-call list. Work is initiated according to the Park District's need; selection as an on-call consultant does not guarantee work under the resulting contract.
