RFP - CEQA Support for Tank Removal, Soil Remediation, and Garagae Demo at the Borel Property
The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is seeking a qualified CEQA consultant to prepare the appropriate CEQA documentation for the removal of an underground storage tank (UST), the remediation of contaminated soil surrounding that UST, and the demolition of a ca. 1923 garage, which is a contributing element to a district recommended eligible to the California Register of Historical Resources (CRHR). The project site is approximately 7 acres located at 3020 Fostoria Way, Danville California, and is known as the Borel Property (APN 218-090-033). The UST is estimated to be 550 gallons, and the soil to be remediated is an estimated minimum volume of 600 cubic yards. The property is currently managed by the Park District under land bank status, and as such, is not open to the public.
