RFP - Organizational Impact Assessment and Strategic Plan in Support of an Organizational Culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is soliciting proposals from a qualified professional firm (Consultant) to conduct an Organizational Impact Assessment that identifies current barriers and highlights opportunities for supporting an inclusive organizational culture and representative workforce. The Consultant will work collaboratively with the Park District to develop an internally-focused Strategic Plan that identifies tailored strategies, actions, and metrics to advance the Park District’s culture of equity and belonging. This work will be conducted through an understanding of the organization, its mission, its history, communities it serves, and a shared vision of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce of excellence.
